Hurghada Diving Prices: What Is Usually Included?

Hurghada Diving Prices: What Is Usually Included?

A diving quote only makes sense when you know exactly what it includes. One price may cover equipment and transfers while another lists them separately. Compare the final cost for the same service, supervision and safety standard.

What changes the price

The activity type, number of days, boat, destination, group size, equipment and training agency all affect cost. Private guiding and special wreck excursions require different logistics from ordinary local reef diving.

Daily diving packages

A day-boat package may include tanks, weights, guiding, lunch and drinks, but inclusions vary. Ask whether equipment rental, hotel transfers, marine fees, enriched air or a third dive cost extra.

Course prices

A clear course quotation should identify training materials, instructor time, confined-water work, open-water dives, equipment and certification processing. Adequate time and manageable group size matter more than the lowest headline price.

Introductory dives

Confirm the supervision level, equipment, location and approximate in-water plan. A try dive is not a certification. Private instruction may help anxious beginners, families and divers returning after a long break.

Questions before payment

Request written inclusions, cancellation rules, transfer zones, medical requirements, accepted payment methods and the final currency. Current prices should always be reconfirmed directly.

Frequently asked questions

Are conditions the same every day?

No. Wind, visibility, current, traffic and site access change, so the dive plan must be confirmed locally.

Should I book with the lowest price?

Compare supervision, inclusions, equipment, group size and safety procedures—not only the headline price.
